In this case an local investor wished to construct a multi-family property. The investors goal was to use the property as a second investment to further grow their portfolio. The inital asking price of the investee was $700,000 for a Mult-use property to construct for tenat use. 

The Clients business credit/ History was fairly young and did not have the stability to get approved from regulated banks.

Solution

The finacial advisors decided to re-evaluate the property value that the client was initialy asking for.  Looking through the financials and potential of the property to be succesfull. Omega aproved a commercial loan for  $600,000 with a Low interest rate and steady repayment plan.
