The total renovation price with all costs included valued to $420,000. The financial team reviewed the customers personal documentation and analyzed the offer of the client.

The intial fix and flip loan that she intended to use would cost her more in the end due to the interest. The financial advisors that worked with her gave her a faster solution. A $400,000 Construction financing term loan where the interest would be much more affordable in the long run. Allowing her property the renovation it needs to upgrade her portfolio.
